Under Reporting → Sequence → [Your Sequence] → Step Funnel, view the conversion rate at each step. High drop-off between Touch 1 and Touch 2 often indicates a deliverability issue. High drop-off between Touch 3 and Touch 4 often indicates the message isn't creating enough urgency.
Available on all plans. Under Sequences → Edit → A/B Test, split your audience 50/50 between two subject lines or two openers. Run for a minimum of 100 sends per variant before declaring a winner. The platform automatically routes future sends to the winning variant.
⚠ Don't test multiple variables simultaneously. Change one element per test — subject line OR opener OR call-to-action. Never all three at once.
