Account Scoring and Ranking

After sourcing, the AI scores each account 0–100 and ranks them before sequencing. Understanding scoring helps you interpret data and improve your ICP.

Score calculation

Weighted average of all criteria: Score = Σ(criterion_match × criterion_weight) / Σ(criterion_weight)

Score tiers

• 80–100 (Tier 1 — Priority) — enters campaign immediately
• 65–79 (Tier 2 — Strong) — enters within 24 hours
• 50–64 (Tier 3 — Qualified) — enters within 48 hours if below capacity
• Below 50 — does not enter unless threshold is set below 50

Ranking

Accounts are sequenced by score descending. Higher-scoring accounts are contacted first. If you hit a capacity limit mid-month, you've already contacted your best-fit accounts.

Viewing and using scores

Campaigns → [Campaign] → Contacts: ICP Score column shows each account's match score. After your first cycle, compare reply rates by score tier. If Tier 1 and Tier 2 reply at similar rates, your high-weight criteria aren't the true predictors — adjust them.
